Thirty (30) to sixty (60) days prior to the auto-renewal date of your Comfort Service Plan, you will receive a letter to your last known mailing address advising of your upcoming auto-renewal. Your contract for your Comfort Service Plan will automatically renew for an additional one-year period unless you cancel the contract. Also, you were sent a confirmation letter when you signed up for your Comfort Service Plan(s). In this letter, we also included the renewal date of your plan.
